We’ve been documenting weddings for a decade now, and it still feels special every single time. Over that time, we’ve learnt how to move with the day, stay calm when things run late, and notice the moments that actually matter.
Do you offer both wedding photography and videography?
Yes — we offer both. You can book photography, videography, or a combined package if you’d like everything covered together in a way that feels seamless and consistent.
Do you photograph weddings outside of Melbourne?
YES We do. Melbourne is home, but we’re always happy to travel for weddings beyond the city. Just let us know where your day is happening and we can talk through the details.
Can we customise a package to suit our day?
Absolutely. Not every wedding fits neatly into the same shape, so we’re always happy to chat about coverage that makes sense for your plans, rather than trying to force you into something that doesn’t.
What is the booking process like?
Pretty simple. Once we’ve chatted and you’re ready to lock things in, we’ll send through everything you need to make it official. After that, your date is secured and we can start planning the details with you.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Life happens, and we know wedding plans can shift. If something changes, just let us know as early as you can and we’ll talk through the options with you properly. We always try to be fair, clear, and as helpful as possible.
Please note that the retainer paid to secure your date is non-refundable, as we’ve reserved that time especially for you.
Can we add extra coverage hours on the day?
Yes — if the day runs a little longer than expected, extra coverage can usually be added. The best thing is to let us know as soon as you can on the day, and we’ll do our best to make it work.
What happens if you’re unable to attend our wedding?
It’s incredibly rare, but if something serious happened, we’d never just leave you stranded. We’d do everything we can to arrange a trusted replacement and make sure you’re properly looked after.
When will we receive our photos or films?
For photography, delivery is usually around 3–6 weeks after the wedding. For films, the turnaround is typically around 8–12 weeks, depending on the edit and the season. We always want to deliver something that feels carefully made, not rushed.
