Craft & Co kept the brewing and distilling running inside the same building. The copper stills and the production gear stay visible during weddings, which is either the point or a deal-breaker. The brewing and distilling equipment is the property's distinguishing visual feature. Build it into the portrait sequence instead of avoiding it. Galleries that crop out the production gear lose what makes Craft & Co different from other Collingwood warehouses.

Heritage building plus working production means uneven floor heights and equipment placement. Walk the floor with the photographer before the event to identify movement paths and angle constraints around the equipment.

Reception lighting shifts colour cast around the copper stills. Manual white balance against a neutral patch keeps skin tones honest; auto white balance pulls toward the warm production-equipment register.
