The restored homestead dates to 1840, with three reception precincts (the Angliss Room, the Woolshed, and the Green Grove), a vineyard, and 10 luxury suites each sleeping four in two ensuite bedrooms. The combination of proximity to the airport, scale, and on-site accommodation makes it one of the more practically flexible destination-style venues in Victoria.

1,200 acres is a feature and a planning challenge. Couples who arrive with a vague brief of ‘use everything’ end up with a scattered gallery and a tired bridal party. The homestead and one precinct is enough for a coherent day; building the timeline around fewer locations with more intention gets more out of the property than trying to cover the whole estate. Multiple precincts means long walks between settings, which eats ceremony-to-reception buffer fast. Scout the property before the day and cut the walk down to one efficient loop, not a tour.
