Three function spaces sit under one roof: the Garden Room (100 to 230), the Gallery (200 to 400), and the Grand Ballroom (up to 600). The operation is built for large-scale and multicultural weddings, with bridal suites, private foyers, and full-service catering attached to each room.The three-room structure is what separates White Night from single-format wedding venues. Smaller wedding parties fit the Garden Room without the room feeling under-used; mid-sized counts work in the Gallery; and the Grand Ballroom absorbs 600-guest weddings without the night feeling rushed. Multicultural and multi-ceremony formats are built into the run sheet. Couples wanting heritage-character venues will read the contemporary fit-out differently than couples wanting clean modern interiors with the polish to handle scale.

How we’d photograph it

White Night runs three rooms under one roof in Maidstone, 15 minutes west of the CBD. Choose the room that fits the headcount (Garden Room, Gallery, or Grand Ballroom) and resist the urge to cross-cut between them; visually they repeat, and the gallery flattens when you mix coverage.

The Grand Ballroom holds up to 600 guests and reads strongest when full. Below 300 guests it reads under-populated; the Gallery sits more comfortably with mid-sized counts.

Bridal suites and private foyers attach to each room; getting-ready coverage barely needs to leave the floor. Use the foyer mirrors and lighting for first-look frames before guest arrival.

The interior lighting is built for evening coverage. Plan the dance-floor and reception frames around the room's own lighting; flash-heavy work fights what the venue was designed around.
