Let’s get to know each other a little first — whether that’s over a casual call or a coffee — and see if we’re the right fit for your day. If it feels right, a 50% deposit secures your date, and we’ll guide you through everything you can expect from there.
45 Days To Prior
Finalise your balance and complete your wedding rundown sheet, including all the moments that matter most to you.
14 Days Prior
Let’s jump on a call and run through your wedding rundown sheet and make sure we’re up-to-date on any changes.
The Wedding Day
We’ll let you know when we’re on the way, arrive early and ready, and from there document the day as it unfolds — capturing the big feelings, quiet moments, and everything in between.
Sneak Peak Within 3 Days
We’ll send a small set of sneak peeks, so you’ve got a few moments to enjoy and share right away.
3-6 Weeks
We work as quickly as we can, but never at the expense of care. Once your gallery is finished, we’ll send it through Google Drive for you to enjoy, download, and share with family and friends.

What is your wedding photography style?
Our approach is candid, refined, and story-led. We focus on real moments as they naturally unfold, rather than heavily posed images that interrupt the day. For portraits, we’ll guide you just enough so everything feels comfortable, effortless, and still true to you.
How and when will I receive my wedding photos?
Our usual turnaround time is around 3 weeks after the wedding. Your final gallery will be delivered via Google Drive link, making it easy to download, share with family and friends, and keep everything in one place.
Do you work alone or with a second photographer?
Most weddings can be beautifully covered by one photographer, especially when the timeline and guest count are more intimate. For larger celebrations, multiple locations, or more coverage throughout the day, adding a second photographer can be a great option.
We’re awkward in front of the camera — is that a problem?
Not at all. Most couples say this at first. You don’t need to know how to pose or perform for the camera. We keep things easy, relaxed, and natural, with simple direction when needed, so the photos feel like you rather than something overly staged.
We don't have a wedding planner. Do you help with the wedding timeline?
Absolutely. We’re always happy to help shape a timeline that feels realistic, relaxed, and photography-friendly. From ceremony timing to portrait light and family photos, we can offer guidance based on what tends to work best on a real wedding day.
Should we have a meeting before the wedding?
Yes — we usually organise a pre-wedding meeting before the day. It’s a chance to go through your run sheet, talk about what matters most to you, and make sure we understand the overall feel you want your photos to have.
Do you offer wedding albums?
Yes. Your photos deserve to live beyond a screen. We can help you turn your wedding gallery into a beautifully made album that feels timeless and personal.
Our wedding won’t be very traditional. Is that okay?
Of course. Every wedding has its own rhythm, and we love that. Whether your day is intimate, unconventional, editorial, relaxed, or completely your own, our role is to document it honestly and beautifully — not force it into a template.

Yes, we are fully insured. If your venue requires proof of public liability insurance, we’re happy to provide a copy of our Certificate for 20 Million Public Liability cover at any time
