The world without photography will be meaningless to us if there is no light and color, which opens up our minds and expresses passion.
We make wedding films that feel thoughtful, personal, and full of atmosphere. We care about more than just the big moments — it’s often the in-between ones, the energy, the sound, and the pacing that make a film feel truly alive. The result is something meaningful, cinematic, and easy to keep coming back to.
We’re not going to say we’re the best wedding videographers in Melbourne. But we will say this — we care a ridiculous amount about making films that actually feel like the people in them. Not just on the day, either. Sure, that part matters. But a huge amount of the magic happens afterwards, in the edit, where everything starts to come together properly.

We create wedding films that feel cinematic, emotional, and genuinely personal. Every wedding has its own rhythm, energy, and story, and we care a lot about capturing that in a way that feels true to you. A lot of the magic happens on the day, but just as much happens afterwards in the edit, where everything is shaped into a film that feels beautiful, moving, and full of life.
A wedding film is more than just a recap of the day. It’s the emotion, the atmosphere, the small moments in between, and all the details that might have passed in a blur. We put a lot of care into both filming and editing, so everything comes together in a way that feels natural, cinematic, and true to your story. Planning a wedding already comes with enough moving parts, so we keep the process simple, clear, and easy from beginning to end.

We’ve always believed wedding films should feel personal, not formulaic. That’s why we take the time to get to know each couple before the day, so there’s already a sense of trust and ease by the time we start filming. It helps everything feel more relaxed, more natural, and much more true to who you are.
For us, story has always come first. Not just in the obvious moments, but in the in-between ones too — the emotion, the energy, the small interactions that often end up carrying the most meaning. Every wedding is different, and every couple brings something entirely their own. Our role is to hold onto that in a way that feels honest, thoughtful, and lasting. It’s something we feel genuinely lucky to do, and a responsibility we care deeply about.

What makes us different? Probably the fact that we genuinely give a damn. We care about the big moments, of course, but also the smaller ones that can easily slip past unnoticed on the day. The glances, the atmosphere, the chaos, the calm — all of it matters. Then we take all of that into the edit and shape it into something that feels like your day, rather than just a polished summary of it.
We like to keep things relaxed, calm, and easy to be around. We’re there to capture what’s actually happening, not turn your wedding into a film set. Most of the day, we’ll be quietly observing, stepping in when needed, and making sure things look great without making anything feel forced. Basically, we’re present without being in your face.
Most weddings can be beautifully covered by one photographer, especially when the timeline and guest count are more intimate. For larger celebrations, multiple locations, or more coverage throughout the day, adding a second photographer can be a great option.
A bit of both. Most of the day we’re observing and capturing things as they happen, but when it makes sense, we’ll gently guide you so things feel natural and look their best. Nothing too stiff, nothing too perform-y.
Not at all — honestly, most couples say this. You do not need to be “good on camera” to end up with beautiful footage. Our job is to make things feel easy, not awkward. We’ll gently guide you when needed, but a lot of the best moments happen when you stop thinking about the camera altogether. So no pressure, no weird posing marathon, no acting required.
We usually choose the music, because that’s a big part of shaping the feel and flow of the film. We spend a lot of time finding tracks that suit the energy of your day and the way the story unfolds. If you have a general vibe in mind, you’re always welcome to share it with us. Sad girl piano? Big cinematic build? Something warm and understated? We get the idea.
Absolutely. You don’t need to hand us a full creative brief, but if there’s a certain feel you’re drawn to — more emotional, more relaxed, more cinematic, more documentary — that’s really helpful for us to know. The goal is never to make the same film for everyone.
Not quite. We might film across 8, 10, or 12 hours, but the final film is a carefully edited version of the day, not a minute-by-minute replay of everything that happened. The idea is to keep the best moments, the strongest emotion, and the most meaningful bits, then shape it all into something you’ll actually want to watch more than once.
That depends on your package and timeline, but usually we cover a mix of getting ready, ceremony, portraits, candid moments, details, reception, speeches, first dance, dance floor chaos, and whatever little in-between magic happens along the way. We’ll chat through your run sheet before the day so we know what matters most to you.
Usually, yes — as long as we have the availability and enough notice. If you start off smaller and later decide you’d love extra coverage or add-ons, just let us know. We’re always happy to talk through the options. Wedding planning has a habit of evolving, so we get it.
We absolutely capture audio, and it’s a huge part of what makes a wedding film feel alive. Vows, speeches, laughter, little reactions, ambient sound — all of that adds depth and emotion. Beautiful visuals are lovely, but good audio is often what makes the whole thing hit properly.
We really try not to be. Our style is more about blending in than taking over. Of course there are moments where we’ll give a bit of guidance or step in to help things flow, but for most of the day we’re just quietly keeping an eye on everything and capturing it as it unfolds. Think more calm presence, less paparazzi.
Yes, definitely. We like to have a proper chat before the wedding so we can go through the timeline, hear what matters most to you, and make sure everyone feels comfortable. It also means on the day you’re not being greeted by random strangers with cameras, which is always nice.
Usually, raw footage isn’t included as standard. A lot of what we capture is designed to become part of the final edit, so on its own it can feel pretty unfinished and messy. If raw footage is something that matters to you, feel free to ask and we can let you know what’s possible.
Our usual turnaround time is around 8–12 weeks, depending on the season and the type of film you’ve booked. We always want to get things back to you as soon as we can, but we also don’t like rushing the edit just to tick a box. Good films take a little time, and yes, we know the waiting part is not your favourite.
Pretty happily, usually. We’re very used to working alongside photographers and making sure we’re not stepping on each other’s toes. The goal is always the same: help you have a good day and create beautiful work without turning it into a tug-of-war. A little teamwork goes a long way.
It’s a fair question. A wedding film involves more than just showing up with a camera on the day. There’s filming, audio recording, syncing, sorting footage, storytelling, music selection, colour work, sound design, and a whole lot of editing behind the scenes. In other words, the wedding day is only one part of the job — the real marathon usually starts afterwards.
Sometimes, yes — it depends on where the wedding is. If your venue is outside our usual coverage area, we’ll let you know upfront if there’s a travel fee involved. No mystery maths, no weird surprises later on. We like keeping that part nice and clear.
Yes please — if we’re with you through the reception, a vendor meal is always hugely appreciated. Wedding days are long, and a quick break to eat means we stay human and keep doing our job properly. Nothing fancy needed, just something warm-ish and edible-ish and we’ll be thrilled.
Honestly, that happens all the time. Weddings have a habit of running a little loose, and we’re very used to rolling with it. We stay calm, adapt quickly, and focus on what matters most, so you don’t have to stress every time the timeline shifts by 15 minutes.
Yes, we are fully insured. If your venue requires proof of public liability insurance, we’re happy to provide a copy of our Certificate for 20 Million Public Liability cover at any time
